Delivery & Returns

Our standard delivery charge for orders over £30.00 is £6.50 and delivery is made by Fedex UK. Deliveries of items under £30.00 are sent via Royal Mail which usually takes 1 – 4 working days from despatch. This applies to addresses in the mainland UK only. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands an Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and other off shore UK areas please contact us on 01254 503333 to obtain a delivery cost.

We aim to despatch orders where goods are in stock within 24 hours of receipt. Occasionally it may take up to 48 hours (we do not despatch at weekends or on bank holidays).

If you have received the products and wish to return them you must take reasonable care of the products and not use them. Go to our website and send us an email to let us know you wish to return your item. It would also be very helpful if you could let us know the reason that you wish to return the product so that we can improve it. Remember to include your Name, Address and telephone number in the parcel so that we can contact you when we receive your return.

Products can be returned to us at the address set out below in these Terms and Conditions the cost of which must be paid for by you.

Please ensure when returning products to us that you use a method that requires proof of delivery at least, or ideally insurance as Foot Orthotics cannot be held responsible for goods not received. Upon receipt of the goods and the goods being in resaleable condition we will raise a refund.

 If you cancel your order in the circumstances set out above, we will refund the price of the product (but not initial postage and packaging costs). Any refunds given by us will be made to the debit/credit card account provided when you paid or otherwise by cheque.

All delivery dates given by the Company are estimated only. If goods for delivery in the UK do not arrive within 5 days from the payment date, the customer must immediately notify the Company of non-delivery.
